About
Industrial Sensor Corporation is an engineering consulting firm (NAICS 541330) that helps our clients design, develop, and manufacture ruggedized electronics for demanding environments. We specialize in engineering and design, design for manufacturing, systems engineering, and program management.

Co-Founder and CEO
Aparna O'Neal is an accomplished expert in system design, architecture development, and the manufacturing of ruggedized micro-electronics for commercial, military, and industrial sectors with over 25 years of experience. She has held senior leadership roles at Schneider Electric, BAE Systems, DRAPER, and NUWC, driving complex programs and operational excellence.
Her background includes deep expertise in factory management, lean six sigma, and quality systems, with a proven track record of optimizing performance and delivering results.
Outside of work, Aparna enjoys 90s Indian music, late-night brainstorming (with morning regrets), and crafting exceptional waffles. She also maintains a flexible interpretation of “dry-clean-only”—a reminder that even the most disciplined engineers appreciate a touch of practicality.

Co-Founder
Jeremy O'Neal brings over 25 years of experience in system design, manufacturing, and production across the federal workforce, private sector, and self-founded startups. He has held key technical and leadership roles at Scientific Systems Company, Inc. (SSCI), L3Harris, and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, specializing in ruggedized electronics for military and industrial applications.
His expertise spans mixed-signal analog and digital systems for acoustic, laser, and infrared communications, precision timing, and artificial intelligence for unmanned vehicles. Whether leading development teams or hardening military systems, Mr. O’Neal is known for delivering reliable, high-performance solutions for extreme environments.
Jeremy is chronically early to events, reads maps for leisure, and champions the Oxford comma with quiet conviction. Having recently retired his double-space-after-period habit, he remains determined never to let technology get the upper hand. And yes, he appreciates a well-groomed mustache, because some things are timeless.
